Our brains are actually wired to focus on the negative stuff. Practicing gratitude isn't about ignoring the negative - its about giving the positive a fighting chance. Life is full of both. We get to decide where we want to point the camera.

You can be anxious AND grateful. You can be scared AND grateful. You can be sad AND grateful.
