Summer Camp 2024

• This camp will be a coaching group for teens (13-18) interested in setting and achieving personal goals.

  • We will use the power of positivity, practice, and accountability to define goals (big or small),
    break them down, discuss barriers, and begin to make changes.

  • We will also learn about brain neurology and how mindset and a gratitude practice can change our ability to focus and motivate ourselves.  We will be sharing, writing, being creative and making connections.
